Terms and Conditions

Our Services

Santa Clara Water Filtration provides water testing, softening, filtration, drinking-water systems, well treatment and ongoing care for homes and businesses in Santa Clara, California, and the surrounding area.

This website describes our services in general terms. What we recommend and install at your home depends on your water readings, your plumbing and the written price you accept.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or try to access it by unauthorized means.

Appointments and Estimates

Visits are arranged by phone and depend on availability. Arrival windows are estimates that traffic or earlier appointments can affect, and we will let you know if we are running late.

Written prices reflect what we can see during our visit. If installation reveals something that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, we will explain it and agree any change with you before doing extra work.
